Nothing here is sold from a catalogue. Every sole is made to a customer's drawing, sample or performance brief, and the compounding, foaming, injection and tooling that go into it all sit inside the group rather than behind a subcontractor.
Tooling and moulding under the same roof.
The mould shop is ours. So is the compounding, the foaming and the injection. Being our own shoe sole mould manufacturer is why a tread revision here takes days rather than a purchase order cycle at an outsole manufacturer that subcontracts its tooling.




In-House Mould Shop
Wood carving through CNC in a dedicated 4,000 m² tooling plant. Roughly 500 sole moulds per month, so tooling revisions do not queue behind an outside vendor.
Rubber Compounding
Compound preparation, moulding and finishing on one line. In-house formulation means hardness, colour and abrasion targets are tuned rather than sourced.
EVA Pelletising & Foaming
Pelletising, foam processing and foam moulding for EVA sole stock, including the granulation line added in the 2024 expansion.
IP Injection
Material preparation and injection moulding across two plants, dedicated to high-volume programmes with tight tolerance windows.
Combination & Assembly
Dedicated combination lines bonding rubber outsoles to EVA midsoles, plus one-piece moulding where a bond line is unacceptable.
Custom Development
Build to drawing, to sample, or to a performance brief. Non-standard tooling and short development runs are routine, not exceptions.
Five plants around Dongguan.
Tooling, rubber, EVA sole stock, IP injection and TPR each have a dedicated site: a shoe outsole factory group in China rather than one building with a sign on it. Figures below are per plant; they are not a single combined total.

The link in the chain that matters most is the oldest one: thein-house mould shop, which is why a tread revision here is an engineering decision rather than a subcontractor's queue. Questions buyers ask about this
What is your minimum order quantity?
1,000 pairs per colour on existing tooling. Where new tooling is cut, 2,000 pairs per style with 1,000 per colour. Both the first order and the annual expectation are worth stating in an enquiry; they price differently.
Who owns the mould once we have paid for it?
Ownership, storage and transfer are set by contract before tooling is cut, and the tooling charge itself is refunded in full once a programme reaches 100,000 pairs. Raise both in your first enquiry; they are the terms overseas brands most often discover too late.
Can you supply across several sole systems for one collection?
Yes. Five plants around Daojiao and Houjie cover tooling, rubber, EVA sole stock, IP injection and TPR/combination work, so a collection mixing a rubber outdoor sole with a TPR casual sole is one supply chain rather than three suppliers.
